Plant Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP)
We assist owners and operations teams identify operational risks and develop safe plant control and safety philosophies and measures, to support a safe working environment and minimum plant downtime.
Detail Design | Consulting
Process, mechanical, structural and civil discipline design, drawing and consulting services.
Code Compliant Design | Analysis | Investigations
Adhering to international codes and standards plays an integral role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and optimum operation of your plant’s systems. Analysis software solutions are being utilised for assessing the following:
• SANS 347 compliance.
• Structural investigation and compliance.
• Inspection and analysis of mechanical components, structures, and pressure vessels.
• Structural design to SANS and Euro Codes.
• Pressurised piping and stress analyses to ASME and BS Codes.
• Pressure vessels to SANS, ASME, and BS Codes
• Storage tanks to API 650 and 653 Codes
• Earth-lined dams and coating covers.
• Raw material handling to CEMA.
The outcome of these analyses is utilised for modifications, improvements, and inspections required by either code compliant requirements or failure investigations.
